Kate Zehnacker, founder of Kate Z Designs, brings a rare combination of architectural expertise, real estate insight, and hands-on management experience to every project. She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin, along with a Colorado Real Estate License.
With a lifelong passion for design and community, Kate’s career spans architectural design, project and property management, and comprehensive residential real estate services. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to guide clients seamlessly through every stage of homeownership — from concept to completion and beyond.
Outside of her professional work, Kate is deeply involved in the soccer community. A former Division I player at UT, member of Arsenal Women in London, and player for the Greek Women’s National Team, she now shares her love of the game through over 20 years of coaching youth soccer, currently serving as an assistant coach for the Regis Jesuit High School boys’ and girls’ varsity programs.
When Kate is not working or on the field, she’s usually in her garden, arranging flowers, traveling, cooking, or spending time with her family, dogs, and cat. Her goal — in both life and work — is to bring creativity, balance, and care to everything she grows.
